We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for our customers.

Exchanges

• Only items in new and unused condition are eligible for exchange.

• Send your item back via any courier (please avoid using the courier’s flyer to prevent extra charges).

Exchange Timeline (5–7 working days total):

• 1–3 working days for us to receive your parcel

• 1–3 working days to process and dispatch the exchanged item after approval

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns (Refunds)

• Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items.

• Color or size issues are eligible for exchange only, not for refund.

• After we receive your return, please allow 3–4 working days for inspection and approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed via JazzCash or Easypaisa.
