We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for our customers.

Exchanges

• Items must be new and unused to qualify for an exchange.
  
• All exchange requests must be made via WhatsApp only at 03250125111.
• Please send your issue, size requirement, or exchange request by text so our team can assist you efficiently.
• Exchange processing takes approximately 5–7 working days:
  • 1–3 working days for parcel delivery to us.
  • 1–3 working days for processing and dispatch after approval.
• 📦 Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are available only for damaged or defective items.
• Color or size issues are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
• Once received, returns require 1-2 working days for inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds are processed through JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• Account details must be shared via WhatsApp at 03250125111 after approval.
